We’re looking for a Project Manager to supercharge our Product Team! You’ll be the glue that holds everything together — from sprint planning to flawless execution. You will work closely with CEO and the product team to deliver on our roadmap goals efficiently.
In this role you will:
Speed up delivery by refining processes with our engineering and product teams. You'll be the driving force behind meeting our targets.
Own the task descriptions and review the results. We expect you to drive the execution autonomously and make sure the results meet the criteria.
Run daily stand-ups, retros, and planning sessions to keep the team synced and unstoppable.
Keep the roadmap on track. Own the timelines in our global roadmap and make sure everyone’s aligned on the path ahead.
Be a master of coordination. Ensure seamless task transitions between mobile/web teams, tech writers, and ML specialists.
Turn client feedback into actionable insights and work with the product team to prioritize what matters most.
What we are looking for:
Experience in managing development processes in software teams (Scrum, Kanban, tech debt, releases, planning).
Ability to handle tasks with multiple components and stakeholders, coordinating efforts across frontend, backend, SDK, and technical documentation.
Solid understanding of IT product architecture. client-server interactions, databases, deployment, and caching.
Excellent communication skills. You are able to explain complex concepts simply.
English proficiency at B2-C1 level or higher.
Nice to Have:
Experience with technical B2B products, especially those involving APIs, analytics and integrations with external systems.
