You'll be part of a highly collaborative and supportive technical team that fosters a positive work environment. We use our own Kubernetes cluster built on the Deckhouse platform, deployed on bare metal infrastructure. The main focus of the role will be supporting existing projects and designing infrastructure for new ones. Our projects predominantly use the Python stack — experience with or a basic understanding of this stack will be a plus.

What You Will Do
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure for high-load systems.
• Automate deployment pipelines and improve CI/CD workflows to ensure smooth and fast delivery.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate closely with developers to support service reliability and observability.
• Install Kubernetes cluster and configuration within the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approach.
What We Expect
• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar)
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and hands-on experience with its administration
• Proficiency in monitoring tools and performance optimization
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Experience working with containerization technologies (Docker)
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Scripting skills in Bash
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Werf, or similar
Nice To Have
• Familiarity with Python or Go, or programming experience in any language
• Ability to design and build systems following the IaC approach
• Familiarity with Deckhouse
• Understanding of DevSecOps methodology
