Senior Product Manager, Growth Tools

Adapty is a revenue management platform for mobile apps that simplifies subscription implementation and paywall management. We help developers quickly monetize their apps, serving 9,000 apps and processing $1.5 billion in in-app subscriptions annually. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures.

At its core, Adapty does two things: it reliably tracks transactions across app and web stores (including the App Store, Google Play, Stripe, and Paddle), and it provides powerful tools to grow app revenue. These include A/B testing, revenue prediction, segmentation, and our no-code Paywall and Onboarding Builders — and that’s just the start.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us take these tools to the next level — getting as close as possible to a “make more money” button (Growth-as-a-Service, if you will).

What You Will Do

  • Drive adoption of Adapty’s growth tools by crafting seamless, high-conversion experiences tailored for mobile teams.

  • Expand the capabilities of our Paywall and Onboarding Builders, evolving them from “just paywalls” and “onboardings” to “any screen”, making Adapty the ultimate front-end layer for monetization UX.

  • Lead us toward our vision of an automated system that suggests, launches, and iterates on monetization experiments requiring minimal input from customers.

  • Own both discovery and delivery: deeply understand our customers and market while ensuring timely, high-quality execution with the help of the development Team Lead.

  • Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to drive in-product activation campaigns and increase awareness of our tools’ value.

  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship fast, scalable, and beautiful UX.

  • Integrate with ML and data science to help customers generate paywalls that have the highest monetization potential with predictive insights

What We Expect

  • 3+ years as a Senior Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS or mobile tech.

  • Solid understanding of mathematics: confident with statistics, cohort and funnel analysis, and the mobile app economy.

  • Hands-on, can-do mindset: able to write ad-hoc SQL queries, structure marketing campaigns, and conduct customer research yourself.

  • A strong eye for UX: you’ve converted complex interfaces into intuitive user experiences.

  • Familiarity with the mobile app ecosystem, monetization models, and SDKs.

  • Comfortable partnering with data teams and making data-informed decisions.

  • English at C1 or higher.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience launching or scaling no-code tools or internal builders.

  • Background in mobile marketing, monetization, or A/B testing.

  • Understanding of ML concepts like churn prediction or LTV modeling.
