Sales Operations Specialist


Adapty is a revenue management platform for mobile apps, helping developers monetize their apps and manage subscriptions with ease. We serve over 7,000 apps, processing $1 billion annually. Backed by top investors, Adapty is expanding its talented team to support growth in the B2B SaaS space.

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to manage and optimize HubSpot  to ensure alignment with the sales team’s needs and overall business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide clear insights on payments, MRR, cohort analysis. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency of our sales operations.

As part of the sales team, you’ll focus on optimizing analytics and processes that contribute directly to revenue growth. The team thrives on its deep understanding of the market and a strong connection with our ideal customer profile (ICP), ensuring that the solutions we provide meet the evolving needs of our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize HubSpot CRM to ensure alignment with the sales team’s needs and overall business objectives.
  • Manage the billing process via HubSpot (plus Stripe and accounting software) and provide transparent sales analytics and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain sales attribution models (e.x. multi-touchpoint) for clear insights on customer journeys.
  • Create dashboards and reports for sales leadership.
  • Analyze cohort data to detect anomalies and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead workshops with the sales team to improve workflows and reporting processes.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM configuration and sales reporting (HubSpot certifications is a big plus).
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and/or Python (Pandas, NumPy a plus).
  • Familiarity with Facebook and Google attribution models for collaboration with marketing analysts.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
