Head of Marketing


Adapty is a revenue management platform for mobile apps with in-app subscriptions. We help developers quickly integrate subscriptions into their apps while assisting marketers in optimizing paywalls and improving LTV. We serve 8,000 mobile apps globally, including some of the world’s largest subscription publishers, and process $1 billion in in-app subscriptions annually.

Since our founding, we’ve consistently grown 3x year-over-year. We are now looking for a strong Head of Marketing with deep expertise in creativity, technology, and developer communities, along with a solid foundation in basic math and a good sense of numbers.

What You Will Do

As the Head of Marketing, you’ll define Adapty’s external communication strategy with app developers, build high-converting marketing funnels, and identify new marketing channels to drive growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Owning Adapty’s tone of voice to engage a technical audience.
  • Create omnichannel marketing campaigns and execute them with the team.
  • Supporting sales with ABM.
  • Scaling Adapty community.
  • Setting clear, data-driven, measurable goals and analyzing team performance against KPIs/OKRs.
  • Building forecasts and marketing models for expected future revenue outcomes.
  • Building marketing team.

What We Expect

  • Proven Experience: You built and led high-performance marketing teams in B2B SaaS with complex funnels. You know your numbers and can explain your accomplishments in detail.
  • Data-Driven Approach: You develop and own the marketing plan, forecasts, and P&L, including unit economics. You are proficient in Excel or Python and can effortlessly work with numbers, making accurate estimations and calculations.
  • Omni-channel Expertise: You have built complex funnels incorporating multitouch actions such as content, community, demos, performance, ABM, and offline activities. You can easily design and estimate the outcomes of a multichannel campaign.
  • Language Skills: You're fluent in English and easy to chat with.
